Bosu Booty Exercise Plan


Bosu Booty Workout hits a balance of the whole body but focuses on building and shaping the lower body.

This 3 day split program focuses on building, sculpting and shaping the lower body using Bosu for the majority of exercises.

Complete with your workout cards detailed with diagrams of each exercise, description key sheets which tell you more detail about each exercise, how to do it and showing the areas worked.  Sets, reps, rest and suggested frequency are all there to guide you.
Just follow and track your workout wts and reps as you go.
